Try this:
/Developer/About\ Xcode.pdf
sudo /Developer/Library/uninstall-devtools --mode=all
sometimes you also have to:
sudo rm -rf /Developer
then:
reboot
reinstall the latest Xcode.
Sometimes something gets confused especially if you install a beta and then non-beta. An uninstall is a good thing to do if Xcode acts up.
