Interesting. I've been running Xc3 and iOS 5 with wifi sync for some time before this behavior began. I'll sample it and let you know.

Do you have any iOS 5 devices on the same network as your Mac? Do they have wireless-synching enabled in iTunes? If so, then this is likely an issue that was fixed in Xcode 4.2. However, a sample will confirm whether or not this is the same issue or not.
