I've been slowly working through things in Xcode 4.2.1 (of course under Lion) on a real world project.
The hardest part of all of this is to make myself behave as though I had never used previous versions.
But the rewards are, IMHO, great. 

I find this version to be significantly better in the sense of getting work done, at least for my way of working.
Of course I am still slow at it because I'm still learning the new way. 
But I really like what I have used so far and only found a couple of relatively minor things that I sent radars on for the record. 

So I just wanted to send feedback to the Xcode team saying "Good job folks! Thank you."  OMMV
