I knew about the Levels view, but hadn't actually noticed before that there's a column in the build settings editor for the config file. So that's helpful, thanks.
I can't imagine a situation where I'd use a combination of settings from both the pbxproj (ie. via the build editor) and xcconfig files, so in an ideal world I'd like to switch to either one or the other. I take it that this isn't currently possible?
