You almost surely know what XIB(s) that class is File's owner for. Open the XIB. Select File's Owner. Expose the Connections inspector (circled arrow) and examine the list of connections.

If you have both the XIB and the header in the main and assistant editors, hovering the mouse over the bubble will highlight the linked object(s).

I may be missing something, depending on what features are new to 4.4.
