Or just keep one partition per OS, install Xcode 3.2 on your 10.6 partition, reboot to your 10.7/10.8 partition, and run Xcode 3.2 directly off of the 10.6 partition.  This mostly worked well for me, with some minor problems.  Not supported, not recommended, blah blah.
