No, it's not. I tried to set it to Command-J, but it doesn't work. In the Key Bindings prefs, it's called "Jump To…", and there are two of them; one is for Source Code, one is for Source Code Comparison.
Oh! Source Code Comparison wasn't set, but Source Code was. Setting them both to the same thing enable the functionality.
These really should not be different.
