Thank you for that link, yes, it was 4.3.3 and no I haven't seen that page before.  I'm grabbing it as we speak.

However, the top-level pages on developer.apple.com don't make that one easy to find - everything I followed pushed me back to the App Store.

By downloading it manually, of course, I'm sure this screws up the App Stores recollection that I've purchased this.
