it's as good at 4.3.2 at least, reasonably stable, has its beachball-eat-ram-and-die moments as every version of Xcode 4 has had, for which I blame garbage collection, without having a clue if it that's fair or not. I probably lost it once each day over the weekend and was coding a lot. I haven't seen the autocomplete-near-the-bottom-of-the-screen death problem, so perhaps they fixed that although it's not in the release notes, which are very short indeed.
I put this point release down as feeling very similar to the last one .. that may or may not make you happy.
