Click on the Serial Number in iTunes and you will get the UDID that you
need.  It's not obvious, but the normal Copy command will copy the UDID
to the pasteboard when you are in this mode.

I'm unfamiliar with the Enterprise process; if you are an Enterprise
member then presumably you should consult whatever documentation came
with your membership.  Looks like you can start with
http://www.apple.com/iphone/business/resources/

You can certainly Share an .ipa with third-parties, but the device(s)
must have been provisioned, either through Xcode or the Provisioning Portal.

No, (unless, I believe, you are an Enterprise developer) because the
provisioning process requires Apple's involvement and you obviously
don't want a third-party to be able to authenticate to your developer
account and start changing provisioning flags.
