The warning does not specify what object, and double-clicking the warning just opens the xib in a new window.

Oddly, though, I just noticed today that there are "Select Next/Previous Object with Clipped Content" menu items on the Navigate menu, whose historical usability implications I find enjoyable.

It is this issue--that no object is selected when clicking on the issue. Yet another Xcode 4 bug. As far as you know does this issue still exist in the latest Xcode?
Another issue, which has probably been mentioned before but I will mention again for archives' sake, is that the specific "View is clipped by its superview" warning will only disappear when you rebuild. I was able to guess what might be the issue but I had to use a change->build->change cycle to fix the issue without ruining my UI. In Xcode 3, the warnings went away by themselves. Interestingly, "clipping content" warnings are cleared as soon as the issue is fixed. The clue is that the yellow warning sign icon means you must rebuild before the warning will clear, but the blue exclamation in a circle icon means it will go away immediately. FWIW.
