IMHO C++ **is** a first class language, considering the effort put into clang.

Objective-C++ is lacking documentation, though - not to mention a proper specification.

Refactoring and analysis of C++ could be better. And the symbols navigator should be better suited for C++ (namespaces, qualified names, templates, etc.)

But to be honest, excluding CoreData Entity diagrams, it doesn't worry me a bit if class diagrams aren't available. A class diagram just wastes valuable space in the (single) window, and I need the usual source view anyway. I learned to visually scan through the source and get the gist off it much faster than looking at class diagrams with lots of disclosure triangles and other hidden and unavailable stuff.

I also cross my fingers that something like UML diagrams will never make it into Xcode. This kind of "help" in a Compiler tool chain failed miserably.
