In my case, refactoring is the biggie, especially since it's regressed since Xcode 3.

In my project 90% of code is Obj-C, and 10% Obj-C++. In Xcode 3, if I refactor and some C++ code is touched, it just ignores those C++ files. In 4, it stops entirely, despite the fact that 99% of the changes would have been in Obj-C code. So instead of doing at least most of the work for me, it does nothing. Phooey!
