More concretely, why do you not consider C++ a first class language
when you're using the LLVM compiler and LLDB in Xcode 4.3?

For example, refactoring. If you want to rename a class, you get an error (e.g., Filename.hpp is imported or included by files that are C++, not Objective-C or C: Filename.cpp, Othername.cpp, and 16 others).

Also, including C++ APIs would be something I'd appreciate like gold, although this isn't going to happen. I am happy with Cocoa, but happier with C++.

Cheers!

PS. No flaming like "$LANGUAGE is way better than $ANOTHERONE", please!
