How to install Xcode 4.3.1

I've upgraded to 10.7.3 ... When I open the app store to install Xcode 4.3.1 - it prompts me for my iTunes credentials and then silently quits downloading / installing. Is anyone else having this problem? Repeated clicks on "install" do nothing. No spinning wheel or message.
