is there a way to replace instances of a string only within selected text?

I know this used to be possible, but I can't find it in Xcode 4's UI. In Xcode 3, when you brought up the replace dialog and held option, replace all became replace in selection. Is there an equivalent mechanism in Xcode 4?

Thanks,

Geoff
