A glaring example I just now discovered:

- open a source file or xib
- move the window partly offscreen (say because you're working on a document in TextEdit/Word and want to look at the code/xib as you write it)
- get distracted and check your email, *hide all other apps*
- switch back to Xcode

Expected:
- window should be where *I* left it

Actual:
- Xcode has both moved and resized my window!

Is this a bug or feature? I fear it's the latter, because windows don't move my themselves.
