What "Xcode folder" is this referring to?
By doing a Google of Xcode-select one gets this information:
"xcode-select controls the location of the Xcode folder which will be used by xcodebuild(1) and other, related Xcode BSD tools. This allows you to easily switch between using different versions of the Xcode tools, and can be used to update the path to the current Xcode folder if it is moved after installation. So presumably you are using the command line tools. In terminal I typed Xcode-select -print-path and it displayed /Developer on my monitor. So I think you need to type in Terminal xcode-select -switch <the path to where Xcode now lives> which is in fact <your boot drive> /Applications since you are under 10.7.3 and Xcode 4.3.1
