Is it just me or if you set a special font and color for Project Function and Method Names, that methods simply appear as the setting for Plain Text?

It appears that where methods are defined, they are just treated as Plain Text, but where they are called, they use the color and font defined for them.  Are there any rules to redefine this anywhere?
