upgrading to Xcode 4.3.1

A few weeks ago, I saw lots of people having problems with Xcode after
upgrading to Mac OS X 10.7.3 and Xcode 4.3 so I held off upgrading.

I'm currently using Mac OS X 10.7.2 and Xcode 4.2.1. Should I not hesitate
to upgrade to Mac OS X 10.7.3 and Xcode 4.3.1?
