I don't appear to have anyway to get Xcode 4.3.1. The Mac Dev Center refers
to Xcode 4.3.1 with a link to the App Store, but Xcode 4.3.2 is in the App
Store.

I'll proceed with upgrading to Mac OS X 10.7.3 and Xcode 4.3.2, and hope for
the best. It doesn't sound like there are any major issues. Hopefully, I
won't run into the frequent crashes that you're having related to searching.
