Configuring IB notices as errors in Xcode 4

In Interface Builder 3.2.6, it is possible using Preferences/Alerts to configure the severity of certain issue types (ignore, notice, warning, error). Is there an equivalent capability in Xcode 4 (which includes IB)? If so, where are these settings now located?

I'd like to configure these settings on a project basis, if possible.
