And this is pretty unsupported, no doubt.
I think this means that he is forced to buy an older Mac and install Lion or Snow Leopard to simply build using Xcode 4.3.
Why isn't the SDK for 10.6 included in Xcode 4.4.x & greater?
Apple. It's incompatibilities like this that screw your developer base.
