Once upon a time, you could have as many different bundle seed ids as you want, but now (basically) you generally can only use one "for real" -- the bundle seed id matching your developer id. (It's a bit more complicated than that. The wildcard app ids that identify your Mac and/or iOS testing profiles don't matter, since you don't ship anything using them and therefore they are never validated, so they may have a different seed id.)
