I'm using 3.2.6 on 10.8, and it works fine. There's a slightly annoying bug where all the document window titles change to the project name, but it doesn't really keep me from doing anything.
I'm doing just about everything in Mountain Lion now, even with our fairly ancient Carbon- and PowerPlant-based projects. Frankly, my biggest problem is that there are some older toolkits (like the InDesign CS4 SDK) which require PowerPC-only tools for development, so I have to boot back into Snow Leopard to use those.
