Not for me.  I was able to use 3.2.5 on 10.7 with a few annoyances.  When I upgraded to 10.8, however, builds failed because of some library not being available, but this library was paradoxically not present in the /Developer directory on 10.7 either.  I figured that the cost of chasing that would be better spent modernizing my older projects to Xcode 4.
