I've been working all day on an iOS app. I had connected an ipad, built and run. Later I disconnected the iPad because I needed to take it somewhere.
I come back to Xcode, and I see that it says "No Scheme" in the scheme/target selection menu. WTF? It's just gone.
I had to quit & relaunch Xcode. Any idea what happened?
