There's still a "Continue to Current Line" item on the Product -> Debug submenu. AFAICT in 4.5 it's not enabled until you've already hit a breakpoint. I have no idea if that's a regression or a "simplification". (In one sense, "run to here" doesn't make sense if the app is not stopped, but I agree it does have a use as a quick temp breakpoint to catch whatever you're *about to* do in the app. Maybe Apple decided that since it takes at least one click to "run to here" -- at least to put the cursor in the line where you want to stop -- it was just as easy to set a normal breakpoint with that one click. IDK.)
OTOH, the little green icon thingy has been much easier to use since 4.4, though again it seems you must be already stopped at a breakpoint. When it does show up, after a very short hover delay, it no longer dances away from your mouse when you try to click on it. Let's hope that means Sean doesn't have to wiggle any more.
