Aha. I didn't see it because it never enables itself for me.

When it does show up, after a very short hover delay, it no longer dances away from your mouse when you try to click on it. Let's hope that means Sean doesn't have to wiggle any more.
I haven't seen that since maybe 4.3 or something like that.
