versions & OS support

I've been stuck on 3.2.6 forever, because of having to support PPC Macs and 10.4. That will change soon--dropping support for PPC, 10.4, and 10.5. (And there was great rejoicing...)

So what's the latest version of Xcode that supports building for 10.6? Both "out of the box" and with some hackery around copying over SDKs?
