Levels are awesome when trying to figure out where (and even why) a
setting was overridden.

Those are built-in build settings and cannot be changed. They can be
overridden in the project or target. If the entry is bold, it
overrides that of the parent. CTRL-BACKSPACE deletes the override.

I would begin by looking at Preferences -> Locations, and then the
Location and Source Tree tabs.
