Really? The Xcode list isn't the right place for Xcode- and developer-tool-related issues? I'm supposed to burn a DTS incident because Apple can't write a useful error message?
Calm down. Your issue is not off-topic for the list, but it's very hard for anyone to help without (in effect) looking over your shoulder at the keychain, the organizer, your certificate web pages, etc. You *might* get lucky here, but it's a low percentage bet, which likely leads to frustration (as you have experienced first hand).
I didn't say Developer *Technical* Support, I said Developer *Program* Support. It's free, you can call them up or email them, they respond fast, and they solve problems exactly like this.
