I updated to Mavericks on the weekend, and found that Xcode 4.6.3 works
mostly, but it's not working on creating the libraries built into the
executable. lipo is taking a ridiculous amount of time trying to make
the sparkle library. So far it's been running for over three hours with
about an hour of CPU time. Sampling it is not much help, with most of
the lines being "unknown binary", "__write_nocancel" or "__map".
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a solution apart from Xcode 5.x?
With limited and expensive internet access, downloading 2 GB is out of
the question here.
