How to fix the dreaded "No Editor" in Xcode 4.6 w/ SVN

I have this open source C++ project on SourceForge. Lately, I cannot see the svn version diffs in Xcode - when I click on the versions button up top, I get two views with "No Editor" in each. I've tried tens of files, clicked on "Update" and "Refresh Status" to no avail.

Now, I can change code and commit it. If from the menu I ask for the Repository, it opens the proper one, which shows green, and has the latest commits in it.

Suggestions most appreciated!

David

PS: I have another svn based project on SourceForge, a C library, where the version comparison works just fine !?!?!
