What kind of answer do you expect? You know Apple does not comment on the future. Both of my C++ refactoring bugs duplicate to rdar://4676447. So it's been a long time coming... You could try asking on cfe-dev about the status of C++ refactoring, for sure it will be available in clang svn before it is in Xcode.
