Well, at least yours downloaded. I keep getting permission errors (as I have already posted).

Something called com.apple.adc.documentation.AppleiOS6.1.iOSLibrary.docset did get downloaded into the Xcode bundle, but it's tiny, and when I try to go to an actual page, we go out on the Web and I have to log in with my developer id.
