It's in the Supporting Files folder looking thing that should be really easy to locate from your File Navigator.  Press command 1.

Actually, if you want to change the displayed name of the app, I've clicked on the app's name on the Target executable in an iOS project and renamed it.  

This also changes the Identifier too.  com.myCompany.myAppName.
