Didn't even know there was an update. Went to App Store, it showed no updates. Went to dev portal, got to it from there.
Release notes say they fixed a bug: "Hang when debugging in iOS Simulator on OS X 10.8.4. 13722320"
Wish they had elucidated a bit more.
