All that stuff is identical to ones that work. This is probably the 10th app I've set up for OTA install.
I finally did the following. One or more resulted in getting it to work:
- Removed all provisioning profiles from my phone (this alone was insufficient).
- Quit Xcode and deleted the temporary products directory for the project.
- Added my friend's UDID to the profile, redownloaded the profile (note that I had done this before, too).
- Re-launched Xcode and built yet another archive.
- Re-distributed that.
- Uploaded the .ipa and .plist, tried again
- It finally worked.
