I just submitted to the App Store yesterday night so maybe I'll have time to try to reproduce this. Or maybe I'll do like you suggest. I'm using storyboards that have about 10-15 screens so in the complexity of the resulting document, maybe that's why some of these keys were left in the file even after I turned those iOS 6.0-only features off.
