Hi all,
I have some custom files that need to go in my .app's bundle. For files added long ago (probably in Xcode 3), in the 'file inspector' under 'file type' they are set to 'Default - data'. Now I have some new files of this type to add to the project, but there seems to be no "plain ol' data" choice in that popup anymore.
If I choose let's say 'stuffit archive', looking in the .pbxproj itself I see:
14CE08C716EFC6770070946C /* File.vtk */ = {isa = PBXFileReference; explicitFileType = archive.stuffit; fileEncoding = 4; path = File.vtk; sourceTree = "<group>"; };
Existing files of this type that have been there forever show as "explicitFileType = file". But no popup choice seems to generate that anymore, or I'm missing it.
Is this no longer possible?
Thanks,
