Our project contains some files that are ARC-compliant and some that aren't.  The converter complains about the compliant ones instead of ignoring them.  So in the conversion dialog, I've deselected them from the refactoring function:

But these deselections are ignored.  The converter still throws errors galore about the compliant files, meaning I can't convert the project.  Has anyone seen this or know what the deal is?

This is Xcode 5.0.2.

Thanks.
