Not al all. Going to the App Store is much easier and it had the added advantage of allowing you to auto-update and/or you won't be nagged when a New Version of Xcode is realised while at the same time being kept up to date when a new version XCode is released.

Much easier than mucking around on Apple's website and trying to find the correct version!
