Xcode 5 Organizer doesn't list the provisioning profiles on your machine
anymore. You can use iPhone Configuration Utility
(http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1465) instead, which does do so.

It lists the bundle id then its associated .mobileprovision file. The
prov. profiles are in "~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles"
