XCode 5 New Project Woes

Hi,
I created a new project in XCode yesterday. All was fine until I added a couple of source files, now I get a lot of very weird seemingly non-related errors:
Test1-Prefix.pch' file not found
The file “InfoPlist.strings” couldn’t be opened because there is no such file.
Base.lproj/Main.storyboard: Interface Builder could not open the document "Main.storyboard" because it does not exist.
Images.xcassets: None of the input catalogs contained a matching app icon set named "AppIcon".
The app complied ok yesterday, but now I get these weird errors. All the files mentioned above are in the project and in the file system. I can open then from XCode without problems.
Any ideas how to fix this would be appreciated!
