On OS X 10.9 we know how to find your developer related man pages inside of Xcode.app, without the need to install them into the root of the file system. Try it out:
$ ls /usr/share/man/man1 | grep ibtool
$ man -w ibtool
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/share/man/man1/ibtool.1
