This is Apple’s forum, they set the topic and the rules, and they can and do ban people for breaking them. Appropriately so: any group with more than a handful of people needs limits or it will devolve into pure noise. (Even 4chan has rules.)


True and "pure" noise is moaning about other people moaning about XCode in this case, since as I have pointed out this thread more than just noise and I found out how to undo some of the horror of the UI.

If some of you get a kick out of complaining about UI decisions you can’t change, in ways that will not help those things to get changed, then please go and do it by private email, or Twitter. Or create your own mailing list/blog/tumblr; it’s very easy. The rest of us are here to discuss and get help with actual technical issues regarding Apple’s developer tools.

And if some of you get a kick out of moaning about other people moaning , then please go and do it by private email, or Twitter. Or create your own mailing list/blog/tumblr; it’s very easy.
