It may well be an opinion but it’s XCode’s not mine!

In the XCode 5.1 Preferences Download Tab, if I click “Check and Install Now”, it says “No Updates Available”.

I can’t find anywhere else where I can “Update” anything in XCode, so I assume it should be here?

If this is not the place, then how do I update?
