Xcode’s tracking of files is far from perfect. You can manually fix:
- Select the file in the Project Navigator and show the File Inspector (Utilities window).
- Click on the folder icon under Location.
- Navigate to where the file is and click Choose.
- In the Location popup (in File Inspector) select Relative to Project, or whatever is most likely to work for your folder hierarchy.
It should be able to find the file now.
