Have you tried a “Clean Build Folder…”? Hold down option while selecting the clean option from the menu. This gets rid of all the build data in Derived Data. 

If that doesn’t work, try removing the folders in Derived Data. (they will automatically start repopulating).

Also verify that your scheme has a debug build on it for the analyzing portion. 

Lastly, in your Target Build Settings. Make sure you’re on All and Combined. Search for “analyze”.

You’ll see a whole slew of settings come up. Make sure you are performing “Deep” analysis and not “Shallow”. Most options should be set to yes.
